flikr is a free, open streaming platform that aggregates publicly available third-party embed players. flikr does not host, upload, store, or distribute any video content. All media is streamed directly from independent third-party providers over which flikr has no control.

flikr does not store any video files, media content, or copyrighted material on its servers. All content displayed on flikr is sourced from external third-party embed providers. flikr functions solely as an interface to access these publicly available streams.

If you believe any content accessible through flikr infringes your copyright, please direct your complaint to the respective third-party provider hosting that content. flikr will cooperate with valid legal requests to the extent permitted by law.

flikr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. flikr does not warrant that:

flikr integrates with the following third-party services:

• The Movie Database (TMDB) — used for movie and TV show metadata, images, and ratings. flikr uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
• Firebase (Google) — used for user authentication and account storage.
• Third-party embed providers — video streams are sourced from independent providers. flikr is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any of these providers.

flikr collects and stores only the minimum data necessary to operate:

• Email address and password — stored securely via Firebase Authentication. Your password is never stored in plain text.
• Profile information — name, avatar, and color preferences you choose when creating a profile.
• Watch history — titles you have watched, stored to power the Continue Watching feature.
• My List — titles you have saved.

flikr does not sell, share, or monetize your personal data. flikr does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. flikr is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account. You may delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

flikr provides access to a wide range of content that may not be suitable for all audiences, including content intended for mature viewers. By using flikr, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to access such content, or that you have obtained appropriate parental consent.
